I’ve also slotted 30% of each final auction winning bid to go to the New York LifeLab, a non-profit organization launched by my old friend Jodi Sax, a cancer survivor.

Its mission statement: The NY LifeLab is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt not-for-profit corporation dedicated to helping young adult cancer survivors discover what they would like to do with their lives after treatment, and providing them with tools to get there. We offer free support groups, programs and activities for cancer survivors in their 20s and 30s in the New York City area.

As I say in the auction, I’m very proud of all Jodi is doing to help survivors of cancer re-establish their lives after going through such an ordeal, and I hope you’ll help me give some support to her wonderful organization.
